Fees are payable at the time of the visit:
All fees for our medicine and spa services are due at the time of your visit.
All extra products, supplements, non-invasive analysis or tests are additional charges may be added to your fees at your time of visit.
There is a charge for professional phone consultations and prescription refills. All phone consultations are required to pre-payment fee for consultations. Check our fee schedule here: Naturopathic Fees
All payments for services must be pre-paid. Our in store payment methods we accept checks, cash, and major credit cards. Our online products may be paid using major credit cards and PayPal.
Health Savings Accounts:
We accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts or Flexible accounts) credit cards.
We do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid; we are not part of HMO or PPO. We will provide you an itemized receipt for you to send in with your personal insurance claim.
New Clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to you appointment to fill out appropriate paperwork. Please arrive promptly or early to your appointment. We see our clients within 10 minutes of their appointments.
We require 48 hour notice for first-time appointments, and a 24 hour advance notification for follow-up appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee for the appointed service.
